When an allied character with 30 stacks of [Power of Faith] casts an Ultimate Skill, [Surge of Conviction] is summoned, dealing 30% of the character's Max HP as Holy Damage to all enemies and increasing allied Energy Recovery Rate by 50% for the next 5 seconds. [Surge of Conviction] triggers up to once every 2 seconds.
