Tamamo-no-Mae is a buffer focused on Ultimate damage, Ignoring Fire Resistance/DEF penetration, and Energy recovery. Her Fox Flame provides damage reduction and Ultimate DMG buffs when consumed. All of her buff increase the total amount, not using DEF or ATK which really massive.

[Ten Ghost Marks]: At 10 stacks, consume 10 stacks to deal 214.4% ATK Blaze DMG in a fan-shaped area behind the target and apply [Jade Fox Mark] (5s). All [Ten Ghost Marks] vanish when [Hyakki Kitan] ends. [Jade Fox Mark]: When allies' Ultimate hits the holder, DEF Penetration +103.8%. Consumed after triggering.

Note: This memory card is absolutely broken - one of the strongest memories in the game. The 90% team DMG buff at max stacks combined with her already massive Ultimate buffs makes this a must-pull.
