An Onmyoji dispatched to Gosha. A teacher at Gokou Academy, an institution in Rokuhara, Kyoto, responsible for training Onmyoji. She is also the captain of Kyoto's elite Onmyoji unit, the "Kujishu". Though born blind, she gained the ability to see like an ordinary person through the use of Mind's Eye, a technique taught to her by the Shinganji clan. A master swordsman, proficient in the anti-demon swordsmanship known as "Onmyo Nenryu" which is passed down among Onmyoji. She has a long-standing rivalry with Akiyama Rinko, a master of the Ittoryu swordsmanship, who respects and calls her "Azu".
As a master swordsman, she uses Mind's Eye to observe her surroundings with precision, excels at misleading her opponents with swift movements to create openings to strike with her sword. Additionally, she employs Onmyo-art techniques such as using shikigami to defend against attacks or form special seals to summon clones, blending swordsmanship and magical tactics in combat.
