Because she's a former Taimanin, she's being watched by Nomad's superior officer, Oboro and Ingrid, and always going on a mission with someone spying on her. The name "Iska" is fake, and her real name is hidden.
As a Taimanin, she can manipulate paper, controlling a mass of it to change or reinforce herself. After joining Nomad, she also underwent a reinforcement surgery, gaining the ability to consume the opponent upon touching them, learning their knowledge and the information they have. However, if she uses both of those abilities at the same time, her body refuses it.
