In the eyes of the world, the nocturnal Bloodborn are never troubled by sleep.

Yet the records of Bathory Castle tell a different story. A rare few suffer from persistent insomnia—an affliction most often seen in those newly Embraced, whose bodies have yet to shed the rhythms of mortal life.

In most cases, this restlessness fades with time. But Setti has been a Bloodborn for far longer than that. So why does sleep still elude her? What burdens linger in her mind?

A few days after I gave Setti the chamomile, I encountered her in the castle corridor.

She stood there, gazing at the flowers in the garden, deep in thought.

Contrary to my hopes, she looked even more haggard than before.

On the night of the full moon, Setti asked to meet me in the garden.

Having lifted the weight in her heart, she could finally stand among the flowers and admire the blooming Wolfsbane.

I asked about her plans. She told me that although she had become Bloodborn, her faith in Aeon remained unchanged, and her pursuit of the Light would not falter. She was ready to set out on a new journey.

She promised to visit often and given the chance, she would bring me the finest chamomile tea the Church had to offer.
